Create your own template and submit it to us for a quote and for digitizing to begin production of your pads. This kit includes the following: 3 sheets clear Mylar plastic (each sheet is 40" x 80"), 1 indelible marker, 1 data form, 1 template instructions, 1 set of EVA foam color samples. Once you have the kit follow the simple templating instructions. There are also DIY video instructions on the SeaDek website to help you. www.seadek.com

When you place an order for the pad you have created the template for, the $19.00 you paid for the template kit will be subtracted from your order. $99.00 minimum for custom orders
